By the adoption of the method, the problem that a vehicle-mounted oil-gas recovery system and a refueling oil-gas recovery system are not compatible when used in the prior art is mainly solved. According to the adopted vehicle-mounted oil-gas recovery and refueling oil-gas recovery adaptation method based on vacuum degree monitoring , an oil-gas recovery pipeline in a refueling machine is provided with an adjusting valve, a vacuum meter, an oil-gas recovery pump and a flow meter; output signals of the vacuum meter and the flow meter are connected to an analog quantity input terminal of a controller through signal lines; a refueling pulse terminal on a main board of the refueling machine sends out a refueling pulse signal in direct proportion to refueling flow during refueling; the refueling pulse signal is connected with a pulse input terminal of the controller through a signal line; an output terminal of the controller is connected with the adjusting valve through a signal line. The problems are well solved through the technical scheme, and the method can be used in refueling of a gasoline station.
