As medical teachers and learners, we generally tend to consider ourselves to be rational and objective people. How much more this should be the case, one would think, around the field of technology and systems. Sadly, this is often not the case. There are technology myths aplenty that confuse, misdirect and bemuse us. In this edition of eMT I describe five of the more pervasive myths around technology-enhanced learning in medical education.
