회전형열교환기의 기초설계를 위한 열전달특성고찰

One of the most popular heat exchanger for a building is the rotary wheel type In this study theoretical study was performed using three dimensional computer fluid dynamics code named FLUENT. And the result was compared with the experimental data and one dimensional result. The reference condition was determined as follows: air flow rate of 2.64CMM, 25 indoor temperature, 40 outdoor temperature, and 7rpm of rotor matrix. One of the main results is that the revolution of rotor matrix makes to improve the performace of heat transfer. So it is possible to make the equipment to ventilte with insulation of temperature. And the other result is that if the total heat transfer surface area becomes 3 times wider than that of the reference condition flow rate of 8.57CMM, the effectiveness will increase by 1.5 times the reference condition.
