The invention provides a high-voltage DC hot-plugging device, which comprises an output end and an input end, wherein each of two poles of the output end comprises a pre-charging pin and a power output pin, and the pre-charging pins protrude out of the power output pins of the output end; two poles of the input end are each provided with a socket matched with the pre-charging pins and the power output pins of the output end; and a current-limiting resistor is arranged between each pre-charging pin and the corresponding power output pin, and a capacitor is arranged between the two power output pins. According to the high-voltage DC hot-plugging device, the longer pins are accessed firstly when a high-voltage DC power supply unit is accessed to a system, the longer pins and a charging loop are used for charging the power supply unit in a current-limiting manner in advance, and the power output end achieves the effect of being equipotential to the voltage of a confluence busbar when the power output pins are accessed, thereby an injection current of the output end approximates to 0 when the power supply unit is accessed to the system, the high current peak impact at the accessing moment and the arc striking and ablation phenomena can be effectively avoided, the electrified hot-plugging of the high-voltage DC power supply unit can be achieved reliably, and the service life can be effectively prolonged.
