Thinking on the Development of Higher Vocational Technical Education of Cuisine

It has been only about five years since the higher vocational technical education of Chinese cuisine started and developed. But it has opened up a new road for cuisine education to cultivate cuisine talents, with high\|level culinary skills and college-level cultural background. Higher vocational technical education of cuisine differs both from middle vocational technical education and common higher education in its shouldering a task of training cuisine talents with both skillful cooking techniques and modern knowledge of business management and managing idea. So higher vocational technical education of cuisine must break a new path of modernization, professionalization and high qualification.
