Implementation of a Computer Controlled Instrumentation Set for Electromechanical System Modelling

Abstract The paper presents the developments of hardware and software required to implement the estimation of an electrical machine. The possibility to obtain transfer functions directly by using the capability of a computer controlled instrumentation set studied for electromechanical system modelling is shown. The instrumentation set consisting of various devices is described. Time modelling techniques are coupled to frequency response techniques and test signals are automatically generated making reliable the identification role in electrical machine modeling. By using a flexible computer controlled system, simulation tests proveas this implementation appears satisfactory.
