Research on Activities Scheduling for Product Concurrent Development Based on Hybrid Genetic Algorithms

A describing method and a planning model of concurrent activities are given out in the article,a new hybrid genetic algorithm for scheduling activities is proposed.Fully thinking over the characteristics of CE,this method considers the key factors:information and time distribution,and ensures effective utilization of resources,for successful and effective completion of development process.An example is given to show the availability and feasibility of the algorithm.
