Implementation of IP Bridge with ARP

This paper introduces the underlying address-searching mechanism of IP protocol and the limitation of this mechanism on network structure. To solve the lmitation, a bridge is necessary. We describe a method which utilizes ARP protocol to realize bridge and compare it with traditional method. Finally, we present some details about the implementation of our method on the LINUX system.
