사무소건물의 건폐율 및 용적률이 옥외 복사열환경에 미치는 영향 분석

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the contribution to the outdoor MRT and HIP by controlling the building coverage ratio and floor area ratio as variable factors. This study compares results of 18 cases that have different variable conditions for the office building located in the central business district. This study is conducted by using 3 dimension numerical simulation that calculates the results that is visualized and containing the numerical data. Influence of building coverage ratio and floor area ratio can be found out by analyzing the results. 1)The surface temperature becomes lower as the floor area ratio grows higher. Especially, the cases that have low building coverage ratio show decline a lot. 2)MRT becomes lower as the floor area ratio grows higher because of the shadow of the buildings. 3)HIP becomes higher as the floor area ratio grows higher, while HIP of the divided type is lower than the unified type. In the process of building high-rise, MRT becomes lower by the shadow of buildings but HIP becomes higher. In cases of low building coverage ratio, it is shown remarkably. From this study, planning the office building considered to the building coverage ratio and floor area ratio guarantee the MRT either prevent to the production of HIP.
