PURPOSE: A display apparatus and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the division of one or more panels by preventing or minimizing the movement of two panels. CONSTITUTION: A panel supporting unit(110) includes a bottom unit(110a). A first panel(120) is settled in the bottom unit. A first pad(141) is formed at the upper side of the bottom surface. The first pad attaches the first panel to the panel supporting unit. A cover unit(150) includes a surface unit(150a). The surface unit covers the one side of a second panel(130). A second pad(142) is formed at the bottom display unit of the cover unit. The second pad attaches the second panel at the cover unit.
