The Implementation and Application of Power Communication Resource Management Information System

According to the actual demand on power communication network resource management,this paper established a unified,graphical and intelligent communication network resource management information system(ECMIS) base on integrated,distributed B/S modeling mechanism.ECMIS is an AJAX and J2EE technology based integration system,it uses SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) technology to show communication resources and their relations in graphics that dynamic created by data from the DBMS(Database Management System).ECMIS provides power communication work sheet linkage with the circuit pattern,to achieve real-time power communication management.It proposes provincial and municipal resources data reference mechanism to achieve embodiment of resources data,independent application and integration of the limited share of the resources management programs.
