Identifying the factors affecting the success and failure of e-learning students using cluster analysis

In recent years, e-learning is increasingly growing, and many organizations, like universities, are seeking to implement it successfully and taking advantages of its benefits. To this end, identifying factors affecting the success and failure of elearning has become essential. On the other hand, human technical ability to generate and collect data has been increasing rapidly in recent decades, and this impressive growth has led to the deployment of data mining. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the success and failure of e-learning students. The researchers examine the performance of Qom university e-learning law students using cluster analysis and Clementine software. The results of this study can help us strengthen the success factors, remove the failure ones, and improve learning process.
