Co-creation의 실행 절차와 방법에 관한 연구

With recent advances in the information technology including the Internet and Social Network Service (SNS), management paradigm has been shifted from producer-oriented to consumer-oriented. As a result, the co-creation, in which stakeholder’s participation to co-create corporate values is stressed, has become a hot issue in the MIS field. For businesses and consumers to create common values, a study on the implementation procedures and methods is critical. Thus, in this study we provide four stages of co-creation including, discovering ideas, selecting ideas, product and service developments, and commercialization. We also proposed the procedures and methods for all stages with real-world examples. In addition, the proposed stages, procedures, and methods of co-creation were verified through consultations with experts. This study contributes to both the theory and practice.
