Supplement to Analysis of PERT Network Calculation

There may be more than one critical path and sub critical paths in a PERT network. The factors affecting project completion probability under specified planned schedules are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the network structure and discrimination of correlation and non correlation in paths, calculation methods and examples are presented for each case. In addition, a simple way for shortening the construction period is proposed for modification of the time of completion of projects.
