A receipt system for servicing a vending machine comprising a master record sheet and inspection record slips

The master record sheet 10 receives information about periodic servicing of the machine and includes punched holes for aligning the sheet on pins of a backboard. Record slips 34 receive information about each inspection and include punched holes 32 of narrower pitch so that a part of each slip can be aligned over a portion of a previous slip and be arranged sequentially on the master record sheet. Copying material is provided on the reverse of each slip so that information entered on a given slip can be copied to the neighbouring underlying record slip and also to the master record sheet.
