Task Based Reliability for Large Systems: A Hierarchical Modeling Approach

An efficient algorithm to compute Task Based Reliability of large multiprocessor systems or Distributed Computer Systems, using hierarchical modeling approach, is introduced. Heterogenous clusters with irregular topologies are handled.
