Utilisation conjointe des techniques de modélisation analytiques et de simulation pour l'évaluation des performances et l'optimisation de l'organisation d'un service de maintenance

In this paper, we present a study of the performances of a maintenance workshop of our automotive industrial partner PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN - site of Sochaux in France. This workshop must satisfy a high quality reactive curative maintenance and an accurate maintenance flow. Stochastic Petri nets are used for the modelling and the analysis of the maintenance flow. We propose a management board using an average rate of a Petri net place occupation. This indicator is calculated from the interactivity of each place of the stochastic Petri nets with all other places, according to its input and output rates and its maximum capacity. The management board is actually in place to our partner and allows localising bottleneck phases of the repair circuit, measuring the effectiveness of the committed improvements and detecting significant performance variations. A simulation using ARENA software enables us to get round the missing data and also to anticipate repairing states in order to propose optimised management solutions.
