Kawasaki Disease: The More We Know, the Less We Know for Sure

Cox et aP present an interesting case of a child with documented streptococcal infection and convincing evidence of Kawasaki disease. The report serves as a reminder that the etiology of this disease is unknown. It also highlights some of the difficulties in diagnosing Kawasaki disease and raises questions regarding the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease.
