Variables Associated with Relapse in Cases with Chronic HBV Infection who had Virological and Biochemical Response to Adefovir Treatment

Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu geriye dönük çalışmada değişik sürelerle adefovir kullanan kronik hepatit B virüs (HBV) enfeksiyonlu olgular değerlendirildi. Bazal parametreler, alkol kullanımı, HBeAg durumu, karaciğer biyopsi bulguları, önceki tedavi bilgileri, tedavi öncesi, tedavi sırasında ve tedavi sonrasındaki serum HBV DNA ve alanin aminotransferaz düzeyleri ve adefovir tedavi süresi bilgileri hasta dosyalarından elde edildi. Çalışmanın birincil sonlanım noktaları virolojik ve biyokimyasal nüks gelişmesiydi.
