Smart Electrical Grid Integration Platform — SEGIP: Overview of the project scope and goals

This paper presents the principles, organization and course of implementation of the SEGIP project. SEGIP was Initially conceived as software that collects data from advanced measuring devices and defines operating conditions based on the collected data. In the last three years, from the beginning of the project proposal, through the evaluation and to the beginning of the development that followed the research phase, in the spirit of agile development, it is necessary to continuously redefine the direction of development to make the product competitive in the more demanding market. This paper presents the situation in the development phase of the project and shows the scope that will be achieved by this project.
