Overview on sensor fault diagnosis technology

Kinds of methods for sensor fault diagnosis technology recently are introduced,including hardware redundancy,analytical redundancy,time-series redundancy and so on.The differences among the methods for sensor fault diagnosis technology are comparied,typical research results are illustrated briefly,characteristic and applicability about all of sensor fault diagnosis methods are summarized,and the development trend of sensor fault diagnosis technology is pointed.
