The "Platform-Terminals and Two-network" Model of the Flat Agricultural and Rural Information Service

To resolve the digital divide between the urban and the rural and to solve the problem that the existing multi-service system cannot provide timely one-stop and integration information service,we put forward a flat "Platform-Terminals and two-network" model for agricultural and rural information service.Furthermore,we identify the features of this model from aspects of the flat channel,network integration,resource sharing,efficient service,timely transmission and pragmatic mechanisms.We also describe the framework of this model from aspects of provincial public service platform,public information service terminals in administrative villages,personal terminals,broadband network,personal service network,resources integration and service support mechanisms.
