Rapid Construction of Aerocraft Control Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation System Based on dSPACE Simulator

To solve problems of high data bulk communication and rapid development of simulation system in HILS,a hardware-in-the-loop simulation design of aerocraft control is established in the basis of dSPACE system.This paper introduces the hardware architecture and key techniques of the simulation system.The communication between DS4201s port and a turn-table is realized.The combination of the turn-table and the inertial measurement unit IMU-7200 is used to analog the three-axis angular rates.The acceleration is sent by RS-232 serial port,and the feedback acquisition of the actuator and A /D conversion are solved.The control algorithm is downloaded to the DSP processor through the RTW tool of Matlab /Simulink.Test results of the hardware indicate that this system has the capability of closed-loop simulation,a new equipment is incorporated into the simulation loop easily,and this design can realize rapid development of HILS.
