전자장비에서 표면복사를 고려한 혼합대류 열전달 특성에 관한 수치적연구

The characteristics of heat transfer and fluid flow in the partially blocked vertical channel was investigated numerically. This calculating model represents the PCB array used in general electronic equipment. To compute the radiant exchange between surfaces the Discrete Ordinates Method(DOM) was used. The flow characteristics and heat transfer was investigated in the case with radiation and without radiation. Effects of Gr/Re₂, Pl, inlet condition, and block space was predicted. The results showed that heat transfer was enhanced in small Gr/Re₂, large Pl, and large block space.
