Classroom Adaptation of Escherichia Coli Single Cell Model

Adaptation of a structured single cell model to use on MS DOS computer systems made this learning tool widely available. Adaptation involved creating screen displays, user interfaces and run time graphics in addition to the FORTRAN to BASIC translation. Some classroom uses for the simulation are suggested.
