The invention discloses a transmission method of increasing covering ability, comprising: setting transmission time interval in N lengths, wherein the length of TTI is larger than/equal to 0.675 m/s, N is an integer larger than/equal to 1; determining TTI for the user equipment to perform up running in N TTI, indicating the determined TTI to UE for up running transmission. In addition, the invention also discloses a transmission system and a device of increasing covering ability. The technical scheme provided by the invention increases up running transmission covering ability of the system.
