The signal measuring methodology, stimuli, and signal processing methodology used in evoked potentials research are described. The typical method of measuring evoked potentials is to attach Ag-AgCL electrodes to the scalp at specific locations. Visual, auditory and somatosensory stimuli are used. Signal averaging remains one of the most widely used processing tools.<<ETX>>
