Tools to Support GHG Emissions Reduction: A Regional Effort Part 1 - Carbon Footprint Estimation and Decision Support

Tools are proposed for carbon footprint estimation of transportation construction projects and decision support for construction firms that must make equipment choice and usage decisions that affect profits, project duration and greenhouse gas emissions. These tools will enable responsible agencies and construction firms to predict and affect the impact of their construction-related decisions and investments.
