DEVELOPMENT OF DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR FUSED DEPOSITION MODELLING MANUFACTURING COST ESTIMATION

The article delivers a model of decision support system aimed at the optimization of manufacturing costs using fused deposition modeling technology. First, it identifies parameters that influence the manufacturing costs; they are: material consumption, the structure of parts, and manufacturing parameters (layer thickness and positioning during the manufacturing).
