Impact of Selected Programming Techniques on Responsiveness of a SaaS Application in a Public Cloud

For the purpose of this article the responsiveness of a SaaS application in a public cloud (Amazon) was scrutinized. Authors took advantage of reactive programming paradigm (RxJava technology) and RESTful approach to examine the impact of a query type and caching mechanisms on performance of a SaaS application for time varying loads.
