Acquisition and Monitoring of Underground Current Signal in Coal Mine Based on Optical Transmission

A New design on current acquisition and transmitting in coal mines supply system is developed. The hardware and software of the design are mainly introduced. The current is acquainted by Rogowski coil and transmitted by optical. The system can overcome the shortcoming of traditional electromagnetic current transformer. This system can work well in underground current measuring and protection in coal mines.
