Resource Allocation for Multiple Base Stations OFDM Systems under High-Speed Scenarios

Aiming to maximize the data transmission rate of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) multi-base station systems under high-speed scenarios, a resource allocation about base station selection and power distribution is proposed. Since the resource allocation problem is a nonconvex problem, fractional programming (FP) is employed and then a suboptimal algorithm is proposed to solve it. Specifically, a matching algorithm is used to allocate BS-subcarrier pairs. And the power is allocated to the matched channels. The simulation results are given to illustrate that the proposed scheme can achieve good performance.
