태양전지모듈 제작과정에서 Soldering이 전기적 특성과 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향

One way of reducing the CTM loss is that it reduces the series resistance of the solar cell module through an appropriate soldering. In addition, reliability of the solar cell module is a very important problem, has been promoted various studies in order to increase reliability. Were compared using the dark I-V to evaluate the series resistance between the solar cell and ribbon in PV module. In addition, whether the proper junction between the solar cell and Ribbon were evaluated using the peel test. In this study, when the solar cell and the ribbon is soldering, not only the electrical properties were experiments in consideration of the viewpoint of the mechanical strength properties. Experimental samples, using a single crystal solar cell one cell, output, dark I-V, deformation of the solar cell was compared analyzed through temperature cycle.
