Thermal-structure coupling analysis of pulling-straightening roller using ANSYS software

According to the actual working condition of straightening roller of CCM,ANSYS Finite Element Analysis Software is used to establish the three-dimension model of the pulling-straightening roller.Thanks to ANSYS thermal analysis,the distribution of thermal field is obtained.Based on the analysis,the coupled analysis of the thermal stress and external load is implemented by means of switching analytic element and loading external stress.And the rule of roller's stress field gains hence.Finally,there is a failure analysis of pulling-straightening roller on the basis of its thermal field and stress field in the paper.
