A wide-band bridge for the measurement of the complex permittivity of polymeric solids and other materials

A set of design criteria and performance limits are presented for a bridge to measure complex permittivity over a frequency range of at least 30 mHz to 3 MHz. The application of the bridge is illustrated by reference to polyethylene terephthalate.
