Current Research Situation and Development of Personal Project:Nanjing as a Case

Since 2006,Nanjing has been carrying out research on personal project aiming to help teachers voice their opinions and do their own studies.Over years of practice personal projects are getting more and more influential throughout the country,and have changed from quantity to quality with various methods and increasingly standardized process.This essay explores the characteristics and tendency of personal projects by disentangling recent studies for the purpose of developing teachers' teaching and research.
