A general and facile synthesis of 1,3‐diaryl‐4‐pyrazoleacetic acid esters

A general synthesis of 1,3-diaryl-4-pyrazoleacetic acid esters has been realized via the condensation of a γ-carboxy ester hydrazone with the Vilsmeier reagent.
