Design of Intelligent Control System of a Rotary Klin Process for Nickel Iron Production

Due to the large delay, strong nonlinearity and coupling among variables of the Nickel iron rotary kiln production process, an intelligent controller based on the integration of conventional loop control and intelligent control is proposed. Firstly the technical process of the rotary kiln production process is introduced. Then the intelligent control strategy, including the fuzzy control, human-simulated intelligent control and ratio control is discussed in detail. Finally Simulation examples are included to illustrate that the proposed scheme is effective in controlling of the rotary kiln.
