철도안전업무종사자에 대한 직무체계 분류 방안

The newly introduced rail Safety Management System (SMS) according to the revised version of rail safety act of 2013 is required to construct a competence management system to ensure ascertained work performance for rail safety critical workers. The ultimate purpose of such development is to be confident in implementing of safety work activities making good performance and reducing risk. Thus companies need to ensure their employee performs competent in workplace and such activities are continuous efforts of managing human resources. This study proposes an approach to be able to standardize critical safety works which vary by train operators, a first stage of developing a competence management, in an effort to ensure competent work performances and reduce workplace risk. Hierarchical Task Analysis has been employed to classify the existing safety works from several operators by comparing with the requirement of SMS.
