Computer-aided design of HF converters: new needs, new tools

Switching frequency increase, circuit topology innovation, new magnetic devices and improved control techniques imply up-grading the simulation and CAD power electronics tool-set. This paper proposes a different approach to the process with the aim of reducing the time needed to set it up. A program for the quick determination of the steady-state conditions is described.<<ETX>>
