Study on Control of HNS Spherical Process

HNS raw material was purified and most of the impurities were dislodged.Pure HNS particles were ultrafine by the process of the spray drying and get the micron level spherical HNS particles.SEM was used to compare with micron level spherical HNS and raw,then come to a conclusion that the morphology and size of spherical HNS particles are better than HNS raw.In the process of the spray drying,HNS particles are contrasted under different air flow rate and different solution concentration and different temperature with SEM and analyses the reason that influence on the size and the morphology of spherical HNS.Obtain the optimum air flow rate 30mm,optimum solution concentration 0.8g/100mL and optimum inlet temperature 130 ℃ when using the spray drying process to prepare spherical HNS, and take particle size analysis with it.Reach effective grain diameter 15.2μm and average grain diameter 12.4μm.
