PIODERMA GRANULOMATOSO SUPERFICIAL RECALCITRANTE Y EMBARAZO.

SUMMARY Superficial granulomatous pyoderma is a variant of pyoderma gangrenosum, characterized by the appearance of super-ficial and vegetative ulcers, with granulomatous histopathological findings. It is infrequently associated with systemic disease. A case is presented in which it appeared during gestation, with multiple ulcers localized on the lower members, which progressed rapidly without underlying disease. The patient was treated with prednisone 50 mg/day and after the pregnancy was completed, thalidomide, clofazamine, dapsone and occlusive topical treatment with Unna boot and hydrocolloid dressing, with healing of the lesions and without recurrence. Key words: superficial granulomatous pyoderma, pyoderma gangrenosum, pregnancy, prednisone, thalidomide, clofazimine, dapsone, Unna boot, hydrocolloid dressing.
