A Novel Way of MANET Management Domain Partition

Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) are characterized by low bandwidth, lossy links and by constant topology change. Many network management architecture and techniques were put forward to adapt to these environments. In this paper, an adaptive, free management architecture based on peer management domain was proposed, and a new method of peer management domain partition was mainly introduced, last a prototype with flexible management topology was built in laboratory. Through test, we found this prototype has good performance and can cope with these challenges.
