Cathodic NH4+ leaching of nitrogen impurities in CoMo thin-film electrodes in aqueous acidic solutions

Cathodic leaching of N impurities from a cobalt–molybdenum (CoMo) thin-film electrode prepared by magnetron sputtering in acidic aqueous solutions was confirmed by isotopically selective quantification of NH4+ ions.
