Thispaperpresents afuzzy basedmixedH21Ho. control formodelfollowing applications innonlinear dynamic systems. Using parallel distributed compensation techniques, a fuzzy controller isdeveloped toachieve suboptimal H2control performance withaguaranteed H,Omodelreference tracking performance. An optimization problem-subjected totwo bilinear matrix inequality constraints- isformulated asthe outcomeofthemixedH2!H,!0 modelfollowing fuzzy based control. Theresulting BMIs,aretransformed intopureLMI programsforwhichefficient optimization techniques are available.
