Telepresence System with an Omnidirectional HD Camera

We proposed the telep esence method tha enables u to ins antly look around a visualized spa e of a dynamic real world. How ve , it was a problem wi h the conven ional omnidirectional camera with a NTSC camera and a hyperboloidal mirror tha the re olution was poor. This paper desc ibes a new telep e n e system with an omnidirectional HD camera, which us d a HD camera and a hyperboloidal mi or. Thi system has the r solution of mo than fou times more than a conv ntional system with a NTSC camera.
