배플판이 없는 폐열회수용 순환유동층 열교환기 개발

A new fluidized bed heat exchanger for exhaust gas heat recovery is develpoed. The pr esent heat exchanger system is featured by the particle fluidization without using conventional baffle plate type holes that generate jets to fluidize particles around those holes. Instead, particles are in traduced to the main stream of heat exchanger pipe alongside the pipe circumference. The heat exchanger performance is estimated through the experiments for a gas to water heat exchanger employing the prescribed idea.
