Study on mechanism of reducing dust by spray

For making well of spray technique to reduce the coal mine dust, studied the mechanism of reducing dust by spray further. Took reducing float dust in coal mine circulating tunnel as study object, analyzed the factors of influence to efficiency of spray for reducing dust, and set up relevant mathematics model and drew efficiency curves of reducing dust by MATLAB. From which it was obtained that the smaller the water fume is, grain the higher the efficiency of reducing dust, and different diameter dust grain has a relevant best water fume grain. When adopting pressure type atomized spray nozzle to reduce float dust, the efficiency mainly depends on water pressure. Different diameter dust grain needs different water pressure. According to reality dust grain and request for reducing dust, referring to efficiency curves and selecting suitable water pressure so that a good result of reducing dust and economic may be obtained.
