Recently a lot of brake system is being developed continually connected to the control system such as EPB, EBD, ABS, ESC and advanced system. Also costumers are familiar to these systems through various objects and getting more interest in. And most car-makers are introducing the mentioned system above in their own vehicles as standard or option items. Therefore, the necessity of developing and validating them is increasing not only in Korea market but other region market. In this paper, as validation process for ABS system ABS Efficiency on dry asphalt is examined deeply and the related factor is introduced. Especially this study compares the difference between brake force of conventional and ABS brake system and try to define the new concept of ABS Efficiency. In order to calculate the Efficiency of his own ABS system, the slip ratio of each corner with brake torque value during ABS stop is why to use and how to use. Among various factors increasing ABS Efficiency this study also introduces that tire characteristics have the effect on it. In the future, this study will expect to be applied to the various road conditions.
