Analysis on hydrologic-drought characteristics of loess plateau

This paper analyzes hydrologic-drought characteristics from different sights, using runs theory, displacement theory, and stochastic process theory. It deals with happening, developing and diverting regularly for hydrologic-drought, and provides theoretical basis for regional water resources plan.
